What is TEA?
The Entrepreneur Academy (TEA) is an entrepreneurial program hosted at the University of San Diego's Knauss School of Business. The initiative is tailored for high school and middle school students, offering mentorship, coaching, hands-on workshops, and access to a broad network of seasoned entrepreneurs. Our curriculum focuses on cultivating vital skills such as ideation, team building, and compelling pitching. Students create their own start-ups with the opportunity to compete "shark-tank-style" in the TYE Global Final Competition where they can vie for both cash and non-cash prizes.
